Reflections on Literature: Introduction to Typology

We were assigned the reading Introduction to typology. This reading presents what is typology. This is the classification of things (in this case buildings) depending on certain characteristic. These characteristics develop over time until finally creating a category. Typology is usually used in language. Although the reading was quite informative I would have liked that it be a little more direct with the information it was transmitting.
